"You cannot ride with 2 of your mates"..... what a load of BS. Perfectly legal for you to be riding along a popular route with 3 strangers behind you but if you know them then its illegal 🙄 is it illegal if i happen to be in a traffic jam with other cars containing people I know too??
Honestly these pedantic and pathetic rules are why most people dont adhere to them!
