One of my headlights is badly misted. Does anybody know a fix please?

Stay at home.  Park the bike.  Don't go out again until April. :)

Yeah, not helpful, mate, but what the hell are you guys doing riding in December? LOL!

Cheers!

Mike

Hi Mike, no option I'm afraid, the car would be a nightmare. I might take it apart at Christmas and see if I can seal it or something unless somebody tells me different.

I hope you and the family are well and trust you will have an enjoyable Christmas...……………………. and the sun continues to shine!!

Doing well, mate, thanks. I know that you're a year-round commuter on the bike and it makes sense, even if it must be cold and wet many days.  Yup, warm and sunny still here. :)

Rather than dismantle the entire unit, if it keeps misting up, perhaps bore a 1cm hole (or two) in the rear to allow moisture to evaporate.  Plug with a rubber grommet afterwards.

Merry Xmas to you and yours, too. :)

Maybe chuck some silica gel bags in overnight (attached to some string) and see if it helps. I have some in the car as it doesn’t get used all that much and prone to condensation

Check for a crack in the lens, only need to be a very small crack to let dampness in.Check also the rubber boots over the back of the bulbs are fitted securely
