Normally a 50/50 mix with deionised water, then use enough for your bike. Can buy di water from Halfords

As I do not know the answer to this is it distilled water or deionised water that is best for the engine?

For use in an engine I don't know if there's a great difference, but deionised water has all traces of minerals removed but not necessarily all traces of bacteria/virus.  Distilled is the opposite, some minerals but no bacteria.
