Title: HID kit for FZS600
Post by: Fuzzy on 07 April 2012, 10:23:41 pm
HID kit for 98 to 01 Fazers. It replaces the H1 halogen bulb of the dipped headlight, goes straight in and is easy to fit. Bought it last month and removed today as I'm planning to go to Europe soon and I'd like to rule out being stopped by any police I might encounter! Good light, really makes a difference.

In as new condition, the only change is that the bulb holder has been trimmed so it fits straight away without any further modification. I'm looking for £25 + p&p.

This is exactly the same kit as mine:

Any questions, just give me a shout. Thanks

Claude

I ran a HID in Europe on my Fazer 600 for 3 years, I did over 30,000 miles through Fance and Spain and never got stopped for it once, I got stopped plenty of other times though for speeding, crossing white lines, tourist tax etc  :lol

I'd be sticking it back in, you want good lights on unfamiliar unlit roads with no cats eyes and crap road signs.

Hi

I would be interested in taking this off your hands if you have not already gone away! My FZS600 lights are poor even though I have Xenon bulbs and done the wiring mod to have bothe lit on dipped beam  :rolleyes . Please let me know and I will happily send you over the cash in return for the light kit. FYI, is it easy to install?

Cheers

Steven - Got your email so just about to send you a reply now.

Jazoli, thanks for your comment & sorry I didn't reply for ages. I see where you are coming from and I am now experimenting with spotlights :)
