Title: FZX 750
Post by: Pipwa on 08 March 2019, 07:13:46 am
New member with only one post so far.

First question, why is there not a dedicated FZX 750 Forum?

Second question, does anyone know the dimensions of the FZX 750 fork oil seals, Yamaha part number 1AE 23145 00 00?

Thanks.

Mainly because the FZX750 is not a Fazer even though the yank version (the FZX700) was called a Fazer, it isn't a real Fazer

I'd never even heard of one until this post.
Nice looking bike though, kind of reminds me of a mini vmax. Very similar styling

Thanks for the replies.  They are grey imports and will go visit the FZX750 web site.

Was sold in the UK as an official model.  Came out in 1986 I think.  So a bit pre internet.  And not a big seller.I thought it was refered to as a Fazer.Here's Richard Hammond talking about chocolate bars and I quote the "Yamaha FZX750 Fazer";
