First, happy Easter all.
Now I'm not complaining but............... my gmail account normally has around 10 spam emails every day but for the last week............ NOTHING?
Have Google got their act together, am I just lucky or am I too dull to even attract spammers these days? :'(

10 a day?!? Is this into your inbox or your spam folder? I get about 5 a week in my spam folder and almost none in my inbox.
Compared to a few years ago I get hardly any spam - whether that's because I'm more careful with my email address, whether it's because the spammers have moved onto more rich pickings (e.g. texts) or maybe because spammers are shut down more successfully now.

PJM was moaning that he has suddenly started getting loads of spam in his Google account! Maybe the rollout time for new spam filtering takes time and he hasn't got it yet.

I never empty the spam folder so it shows a running total of the last 30 days (auto delete after 30 days) and it's currently showing: 1069
Thats improved a lot, before microsoft et al took out a few of the big spam nets, it was regularly over 3000.
Thankfully gmail spam filer is good, so I get maybe 1 or 2 every couple of months make it though to the inbox.
