Title: Foccers font of knowledge - airbnb
Post by: locksmith on 30 January 2018, 11:14:54 am
If you want the truth, ask the foccers!

Went to book a b&b on airbnb (never used it before) and it wont let me book without me confirming my ID with a photo of my passport and no doubt more questions about who I am.

Simple question really, Is it safe ???

Yeah I saw that but they would say that :lol

Interestingly my son got a letter from Equifax (He's never had direct contact with them) and they have been hacked and his details are out there.  You can't foccin win.

Myself and a work colleague are currently walking the Wales Coast Path and we have used Airbnb loads of times. They will need to verify your identity as you will be staying in people's houses. Many times a key has just been left somewhere for us so the owner will want to know who is using their house while they are not there. Perfectly safe site though.
