Title: Please tell me Yamaha have protected my bike against idiots like me!

Bought a new battery and fitted it this evening. Not really paying attention and hooked up the power leads the wrong way only to see sparks from the batt and a bright glow in the corner of my eye.

Anyway, i'm a div I know but here's the fuse that appears to have blown....


Is this a master fuse to protect the bike's electrics and please can someone tell me that when I replace it, everything will be OK?  :'(

Fuses are there to protect the circuits from things like that happening . ;)  Replace and everything should be okay. :)

Fuse replaced and bike OK....phew!  :rolleyes
