Title: Nightingale Ride Out, North Wales. 7th May.

My wife and I support our local hospice, Nightingale House, Wrexham. The above ride starts in Llangollen at 10am, registration will open at 8-30am, then Horseshoe Pass, Corwen, Bala, Trawsfynydd, Dolgellau, Bala, Corwen, A5 back to Llangollen. Total distance of 100 miles. Marshals will be riding with you. Expect to return to Llangollen around 4pm. Calfon Prysor Centre at Trawsfynydd will be open for food and drink. If any foccers are within riding distance of Llangollen it would be great if you could find the time to support this ride.

A big thank-you to anybody who supported this ride. Beautiful weather, 324 bikes, over £2000 raised for the hospice. Last year was the first ride, around 140 bikes, so a big increase in support this year.
