Title: mud glorious mud

Went for my first proper ride this sat with no major hiccups except when I got back are lasswas covered head to bum in mud and crud from the road / back tyre is there anyway to stop this as even my throw I've panniers were covered on the inside I've got a standard fz6.

Can highly recommend Muc-Off bike cleaner.


Such an easy way to keep your bike clean. At least if ppl don't look too close!

yep brill stuff that muc off use it each time but dont think are lass be too pleased if i keep spraying it all over her back when she gets off hehe  :rollin

stiffen up the rear shock, I only get spray up the back of the bike, when it has extra weight on it (luggage or SWMBO). If you stiffen the shock when 2up then the tailend wont be as low and so spray shouldn't be as bad (just a theory no actually proof)

might not be what you're after but a topbox will intercept most if not all of the spray that's kicked up. will also give some security to your pillion as they're riding, and to any "accessories" they may wish to carry on the day. on the Mk1 FZS the mudguard extender from a thundercat fitted straight on, dunno about the eurofazer though.
