Title: Footrests

Hi everyone. A quick question. There's a wavy washer that goes over the front footrest shaft. Does it go between the peg and the lever, or between the lever and the backplate?

Thanks, I already thought of that, but the diagram doesn't show the brake and gear levers so it doesn't help.
