It's the place what YamFazFan said, looking on google maps. Although it's a long way to go for not many bends, and what looks like a dirt track to get to.

Moelwyn Bach is the mountain.

The dam wall on the right of the photo is Llyn Stwlan hydro-electric reservoir.
