Title: Coolant Drain Bolt

Is the coolant drain bolt numbers 27 & 28 in this parts list?

Remove the coolant filler cap  :) Air needs to get in for coolant to get out  :lol

Coolant is out but drain bolt is a bit rough looking so wanted to order a replacement before the refill.
