Title: NEW shark s800 helmet (cheekpads ??????)

Hi chaps bought a new shark s800 helmet -arrived today-looks great -fits great-but the bloody cheekpads fall out--the popper fastener things just dont seem to get a grip-has anyone else had a similar problem and how did you remedy it thanks stu--

Are you sure you're pushing them all the way in? There should be a noticeable click when they're fully together. If they won't stay in I'd bring them to a bike shop and ask them to take a look

Thanks to msgbikegear replaced helmet no quibble complete with fitted pads --
