Here you go.....

the image of the little funnel under the drain plug makes me laugh, mine shot out and hit the garage wall when I did it!

Many thanks...
All drained and put a bottle of Radflush through it, running nice and clean now.
Next job is to drain and flush the expansion bottle. It is not easiest to get to, what is the best way to flush it through?

I've never bothered personally, there's not enough in it to worry about, and once the bike gets warm it'll circulate back in to the system.

Me being me - and all that, I empted mine with a bit of tube and a 50mm syringe.
One should never be without a bit of tube and a syringe :eek

I managed to suck it all out in the end. I have filled up with the new coolant and currently trying to get all the air out the system.

If you pour it in slowly enough you shouldn't get any air, other than that let it tick over without the thermostat cap on.
You can even give it a gentle bit of throttle to let any bubbles escape, just don't give it a handful or you'll be wearing it. :lol

All done now.. hopefully i got all the air out.
