Title: Match exhaust port to pipe?

Just wondering if anyone has ground their exhaust port to match their exhaust? The port seems to be a D shape as opposed to round, any benefit to matching it? Got a spare head to play with

Don't bother. You would need to do a lot more work to see any benefit.  More use matching header to port.
