Title: r1 swingarm swap, possible?

i found this pics, on google, when i search for r1 swingarm swap,(http://i68.tinypic.com/wufdht.jpg)
unfortunately the photo does not connect to any topic, i would like to ask, what kind of changes should be made for install the r1 swingarm ( i think it came from the 2004/2007 bike) should not be plug & play
