Title: Carbs bare threads?

Hi!

Has anyone hot any idea on what goes in these bare threads? I'm looking at the underside of the carb with the inlet to the engine facing away. It is on the left next to the mixture screw? On the right is coolant lines, but on my carbs to the left is just empty? There's a hole in the bottom so something must go there!?

They're for a California-only fuel vapour capture system, I believe.  Nothing missing that should be there on UK bikes. :)
