Title: Fz1 key symbol light

Evening  :D
So just put my battery back in after it was left for 4 weeks (forgot to connect charger...) and it died... All ok now I think but have noticed the flashing red light next to the key symbol on the dash. Don't think I ever saw it flashing before. .... Maybe it always did  :rollin
So do they always flash with the ignition off?

It means the immobiliser is armed. It can flash anything upto 24 hours after removing the key but usually not for long.
