Title: Grab Handles

I'm after a replacement grab handle for my 1998 FZS. I've seen two sorts on ebay, one like mine (basically a round bar bent to shape) and the other is a different design like this http://www.totalparts.nl/picture/boonstra/000000131130-1.jpg.  (http://www.totalparts.nl/picture/boonstra/000000131130-1.jpg)
Are the two compatable?

Yes they are, the mounting points and bodywork didn't change
