Title: rad coolant drain plug on fzs 1000

where is the exact location of the coolant drain plug and is it straight forward to access and remove?

There isn't one.
To drain the coolant you need to remove the radiator cap and open the drain bolt which is on the coolant pipe next to the oil filter.

thanks for that ,that's prob I couldn't find one? but Haynes manual says on bottom of sump? in routine maintenance 1.16    pic 16.4? have I got my models mixed up I have the 2003 fazer
