Just bought one of these as per link. Now I like my watches and have a few nice ones but this just caught my eye for shear novelty fun factor. A must for every petrol head :D

I'll stick with my Seiko Orange Monster, it might be worth more to my kids when I'm dead! :lol

I also like a watch so this year treated myself to this beauty, Citizen radio controlled red arrows limited edition(http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn28/cellerman_photos/20150729_180915_zps8hm87eyh.jpg)] (http://foc-u.co.uk/[URL=http://s300.photobucket.com/user/cellerman_photos/media/20150729_180915_zps8hm87eyh.jpg.html)

Liking that fella - really nice watch :thumbup .

I like watches, but slightly older. Here are some of my collection, earliest 1832. All in good working order.
-
These are my two faves ones, these are the original 70s ones not the "retro style" copies, Not in great condition but commensurate with age I think is the correct description.
The first one is a Trafalger for which I have the original 12mth garantee from 1976 although I had to replace the LED module inside as the one in it had battery leak damage, the inside LED modules for this one I think were made by the Hughes aircraft company (Howard Hughes) which found themselves in many of the LED watches at the time, as the watch maker just made the casing and then fitted the Hughes LED module inside.
The second one is a commodore which were one of the first LED watches to come out in the 70s it should have a little white logo on the bottom left of the red cover but has been rubbed off over the years. Both watches use a lot of battery power and take two each, to save power the watch is always off and to see the time you press the button and it lights up for about 2 seconds. you have to be quick on the draw to take a picture, you can still the the dent in my finger where I pressed the button

I'll stick with my Rolex.
I like the look of that, and it's cheap, but I've got the feeling it'll stop working after 6 months and all the light will go out.
-
Yup, it's cheap and will probably only last 6 months - same price as a posh pint ;)
Some lovely pocket watches and digitals fellas.
This is on my must have list - a SLOW watch https://www.slow-watches.com/ (https://www.slow-watches.com/)
