Hi again peeps,
What it is I've spotted a smoked LED tail light for the fazer 98-03 And I'm just wondering if anyone has bought one and fitted and weather they could give me their opinion as to what it looks like and possible upload a picture so I can see for myself. I'm considering getting it bust as it costs £50 I want to try and see what it looks like first but surely it's got to look better than the standard tail light..
Also just one more thing, I'm currently and the beginning of the revamp of my Fazer for the summer. Managed to get me a 2002 engine with only 9,000 miles on for a great price as my engine suffered from the what looks progressively famous the more I read about it slipping second gear!! But I'm in need of a chain and sprocket set and don't really know where to start... What's the best you would all recommend??
Cheers guyss :) Will look forward to hearing from you :b

This is my 99 fazer with LED tail light and LED DRL. Both really easy to fit.(must be , I did it!) Hope the pics come out, haven't one this before. :eek

Forgot a pic of the light turned off. Hope this helps.

Thankyou Cherokee :) I love the look of that. Looks so much better than the standard tail light. Is it just a direct replacemnet? Hopefully no need for resistors in there

Hi kinggy. The LED light is a direct replacement for original, just swap em over, two bolts and a connector to undo and reconnect and you're done.

The clear plastic on the handguards has a slight blue tint, very slight. If it was completely led strip lighting outdoor (http://www.ledstrips8.com/outdoor-led-lighting-c-11.html) 12v led light bars (http://www.ledstrips8.com/led-light-bars-c-38.html) led strip lighting (http://www.ledstrips8.com/) clear the lights would be as bright as those LEDs fitted to new cars as daylight running lights.

I've got an LED tail light, but mine has a clear plastic shell which also has built in indicators as well.
You can remove the old indicators if you want, but i chose to leave them on to leave people in no doubt when i am turning, and the lights sync'd up together without any need for a major mod. Knowing me i probably made a 1 into 2 spade connector cable to split the power? :rolleyes
