Stuttering at low rpms like a 2 stroke when higher revs are reached seems to run like normal ? any idea's :'(

Symptomatic of a coil-on-plug failing.
Check for corrosion inside the plug caps but especially the far left cylinder ( as sat on the bike).
If it looks clean, use a temperature probe at startup on the exhaust pipes to identify which cylinder is not firing properly. Then swap the cop to another cylinder to see if the stutter follows it.
I replaced the cops & plugs a year before I sold it to you but it’s luck of the draw how long they last.
However, with the limited info you've given it could be one of half a dozen different things but above is the most obvious & easiest to check.

would you use genuine yam or non genuine garage are saying use genuine.

Those coils were originally on a 2010 R1. Very low miles apparently.
£80 the set of 4.
I still have the original 4 which I assume only one of which is faulty. :-)
