I am usually using Wurth. Bought from Halfords Muc-off chain dry lube - sprays and looks like water :eek
Does not stick at all and got nice puddle on the floor the same way when I clean the chain woth cleaner?
Am I missing something is that normal??

I have tried a few things, always end back with Silcolene chain lube

YESSS. Your Wurth chain lube.

I'll let you into a little unknown secret......To activate the lube you need to first shake the tin whilst submerged in a bucket of horse piss (the can, not yourself, although you can try this if thats your thing)

I use the muc off dry, never had this problem. It penetrates well and never drips off.
Edit - you sure you never picked up the Muc off chain cleaner :rollin

This was exactly my first thought, beacuse the action was like cleaner, but no it says dry chain lube. Muc-off has 3 types of chain lube: the one I got dry chain lube it says with ptfe, one more say dry lube with ceramic and 3rd one say dry lube with polymer.
I think I'll go buy tomorrow Wurth again :D
