Hi
Has  anyone any ideas why my fazer will not rev over 5 k when riding but will rev freely when stood still?

Hi, If you take the seat off, have you got anything blocking the air intake?

Not if the cabling opening the valve has broken.

remove the exup valve cover and see if the valve is moving when you start and turn off with the kill switch?
