Brakes are good, suspension is not. Sort the suspension out (new springs and oil up front, new shock up back), new can and filter and you're probably good to go!

So what rear shock would you go for, have a new viper can, just sorting the bike out and giving a bit of TLC

Front fork overhaul, 2008 r6 rear shock, Hid bulbs, short levers, sat nav, adjustable rearsets

Lights. I'd also swap the positions of the tacho and speedo.

Nothing at all - I bought an excellent all rounder which does what it says on the tin and makes a great commuter with fun when required.


You can improve any bike in any area.
