For Sale: FZS600 Boxeye '01. 65k miles. In great condition: £795
I'm indebted to the forum member I bought this from (apage16) last year. There's a lovely build thread that gives you an idea of the care and affection that's been lavished on the old gal (try searching on "Polly"). I've had a wonderful time on her but I'm going to try a younger litre FZS that I've agreed to buy from another forum member so (slightly tearfully) she has to go.

Full MOT today. Expires 28th August 2016 (passed with flying colours, no advisories).
65,000 Miles, but starts on the button EVERY time with no choke. Has consistently given me 50-60 MPG in ALL conditions.
17 / 46 Gearing for Smoother cruising and better Fuel Economy. (Still pulls like a TRAIN!)
K & N Air filter.
Carbon Fibre effect vinyl wrapped bodywork (looks VERY cool in the sun!).

Original Yamaha End Can in Immaculate condition.
Since buying her in Sept '14 she's had a full service at a Yamaha main dealer (Alf England nr Coventry in March - £545.41 including new tyres, rear wheel wheel bearings, plugs etc, new clutch lever and rear brake pads). I've cleaned the front calipers thinking I'd replace the pads at the same time (Ferodo HH sintered) but they had most of their life left so the 4 EBC pads I'd bought will come with the bike ready for whenever they need changing.
Can't think what else - I'm bound to have missed something. Just ask.
She's a credit to apage16 and as she'd spent some of her life commuting across Europe I thought I'd continue that tradition by taking her to Budapest and back at Easter (via Bruges, Ghent, Dusseldorf, Vienna and Bratislava to see a fabulous new woman) - she didn't even bat an eyelid bless her.
I'm in Daventry and the price reflects my need to make some room in the garage for her replacement.

Arfa, if you did buy the bike then I'd be interested in taking the seat off your hands.

I'm going to pass on this one I'm afraid. Wife wants some better suited for lowering - she's got her heart set on an F650GS.
