Hmm well the Toulon 1000 sure looks a lot more comfortable :z - http://www.airsprungfactoryshop.co.uk/toulon-1000-pocket-double (http://www.airsprungfactoryshop.co.uk/toulon-1000-pocket-double) - :z but I recon the fazer will have it beat on speed and handling for sure :rollin
Welcome back to the fold 8)
-
ah you had me confused there :lol typo error :D be good to get back to a faze 1000 tho
-

Like the red/black colour scheme , was in glencoe today with two mates on gen 1 fazers 315 mile round trip, great day out , I filled 3 times to their two so tuono thirsty for sure .
-
yeah you dont buy a tuono for economy biking :)
-
My bro-in-law has a gen II Tuono. He hates it as I ride the R1 and use fuelly every refill. I always take the p1ss and shout out my mpg figure as it's usually in the mid 40's.
The Tuono is lucky to get mid 30's :-[:-[
-
i get about 100-110 miles to the light coming on, for about £17 worth it though they are a real handfull off a bike. :)
-
don't get me wrong the tuono is a great bike but for what i do in biking the fazer wins hands down, i did over 300 miles yesterday and the fazer guys were fresh i was knackered, its a gen 1 tuono comfort not as good as the fazer and drinks like a fish :lol
-
yeah if i had to keep 1 it would be the fazer, its took me to europe twice no problems and the fuels better. :)
-
true, did europe on my first fazer, 2800 miles, superb comfort and fuel range, won't be changing from a faze again :lol
-
Update, spoke to the dealer today, by the time they send me the paperwork to sign and I send it back am looking at next Tuesday for delivery of the fazer :evil Going to be a long week :lol
-
whats fuelly then?
-
whats fuelly then?
its an app for your computer/smartphone tht you put in how many litres & miles every time you fill up and it gives you your MPG :)
-
Yes well I know I was filling up three times to my mates on fazers twice , and we were riding the same speeds etc so I'm glad I'm back on a gen 1 fazer :evil :lol
-
Got conformation today, the fazer gets delivered on Tuesday :-)
-
Fazer was delivered today, superb, a few wee jobs to get it as perfect as I like my bikes but apart from that it's a beauty :evil Will post pics soon, if dry tomorrow I,ll take a wee run out on it, away for a holiday in the highlands thursday for a week with the family so no bike for a week :'( great to be back on a fazer finally tho :D
