not sure if anyone on here has done this mod, as we mainly use the ivans kit, but porting the intake boots and opening up the airbox are similar.
the ivans smooths out the midrange, kills the 3.5k vibes and usually liberates a few top end hp as well.
be interested to see a dyno chart for the raven rider mod.

THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE GUY

the ivans carb kit was for the American market amongst others as they didn t have adjustable needles,UK bikes do.
raven rider carb mod.
Basically i raised the needles, changed the main jets to suit and drilled the sliders to allow them to rise and return quicker also trimmed the springs and reset the float levels then balanced the carbs, definitely improved what was already a decent bike

As you've already been told there is little to no experience of this mod here because most if not all of us who have modified carbs have gone the Ivan's route. If you need advice on or recommendations for RavenRiders carb mod this is not the site for you, you would probably be better off on the US FZ01A forums. If you need it Pat's site has the relevant info on Ivan's kit along with detailed fitting instructions - http://www.cartestsoftware.com/fz1/jetkitinstallation.html (http://www.cartestsoftware.com/fz1/jetkitinstallation.html).
