I bought FZS 600 and the first time I have removed the rear wheel I see wrong axle bearings outer spacer placing.
The one that should be on the right to the rear brake disc side (it shouldered colar) has been on the left on the sprocket side and vice versa the plain colar spacer was on the right.
I see from Haynes manual they are different, see picture below. One is plain the other is shouldered colar.
The wheel does not have any play when mounted.
Not sure is this relevant but my sprocket coupling cover is also completely stuck and cannot be removed.
The question here is should I be worried and what to do?
Looking for your axle guru advice

Wheel would still tighten ok as spacer total is the same, don't know about chain alignment though. Sprocket carrier being tight is normal so wouldn't worry about it.

Wouldn't worry about the sprocket carrier, the rubbers are so solid inside you'd probably have to race on a track in hell to wear them out.
I replaced mine when i changed my rear wheel after a full set of seized disc nuts, with one snapped off, and it was just totally pointless, the old rubbers looked just like the new ones.
They're made of similar stuff as a rubber mallet.

Only removed my carrier for new tyre fitment, on most bikes they just fall out.

I've heard of a few people complain about a bit of a struggle, but the sprocket just needs a gentle tap round with a mallet if that's the case though, it's no major.

It's a good sign if the sprocket carrier is hard to remove, it means the rubbers aren't worn.
If the spacers are the same length and diameter where it goes through the dust seal no problem. If they are different lengths then you want to get them on the right sides or your wheel will be off centre giving poor handling and chain wear and risking chain jumping off the sprocket
