Yuku has always been crap-now the new "site" is even more crap!After being a member for years-I now have to re-register,am back to being a "cager in training",have lost all my post and my contacts,and the site is all over the fockin place!
Seems to me,that after many happy years,Foc-u is now finally focked!

This site was never meant to be live until we had worked out a way of transfering stuff but YUKU servers have failed us forcing the issue.

I know people are looking at what we can transfer to here once we can get back into yuki.

bit harsh saying this new site is crap.  Its certainly 100% better than a blank screen and I'm glad to be here :-)

SB your frustration is misdirected and should be aimed at yuku. How exactly do you think we should transfer your contacts and postcount if their site is down??

Saying this place is "all over the fockin place" is a huge disservice to those who volunteered their spare time to help set it up (a process which is ongoing).

Calling something "crap" is easy and lazy. You haven't even bothered to make constructive criticism. You certainly haven't given any time to make it better.

Frazer, if nothing else, can you give Steve his 'Grumpy Grouch-o' custom title back asap  :lol
 
Steve, Yuku had its faults, but we should all give this new site a chance, and at least make any criticism constructive, a lot of people have given up a lot of time over the years to keep Foc-U going for the likes of you, me and lots of other like-minded people to enjoy, maybe we should give them some support  ;)

Must admit this new site lets us see how poor yuku is, there has been a tremendous amount of work put into this site to get it where it is, even if it does need some more. Keep up the hard work guys.
 I wouldn't say foc-u is focced.

I think that's a bit unfair. The new site will take a bit of getting used to, but I'm sure when the old site closes down this one will feel like home again. I know alot of hard work has gone into this site, so we should appreciate that. When yuku goes, admin/mods could of just let it go, but they didn't.

Just to stick my tuppence worth in, this site is MUCH better that YUKU.
Better layout and feel. Much clearer. This makes YUKU feel very dated and slow.
It takes alot of time and effort to set up a new forum and this place is a credit to those of you that have done all the work.
Now just needs more people to post in it  ;)
