non-power tool is probably the rail of snap-on sockets (1/4" AF) that I bought as an apprentice in 1985. Cost me about £100 then IIRC.

If your looking for a single item, no idea. Nothing is that expensive individually.

I've got one of the original green ones and I think anutz is trying his haggling skills to purchase one at the moment, can't remember how much it was so many years ago now.
Probably the best thing I've bought apart from the actual bike :lol

I dont think a set of sockets should count. MY most expensive is my halfords pro torque wrench, but that shouldnt count as its expensive I dont keep it in the garage
