Title: Fork Settings

Hi All,
I have finally upgraded to the litre and my god... What a difference! Love it.
Only problem, front forks... All three adjustments move but has anybody got a general starting point for an okay ride? At the moment it feels like Im riding over a cobbled road most of the time. Like the forks cant react quick enough.
Any ideas?

Settings are in user manual but depends on your weight and ride style
