Yes saw that on the news ........35 died I think.

That could happen anywhere Nick. Well, anywhere where the pilots shut down the wrong engine. Kegworth is in England and something similar happened there a few years ago.

At least with the Kegworth one, the warning lights were shown to be wired the wrong way round, if I recall correctly?

There was an element of that Rich. Cant recall which warning/instrument/fire handle combination was at fault but I was with BA at the time and had a few aircraft to check as a result.
