That is a prime example of Bell-endery. It's not as if London is overflowing with bike parking is it? I normally have to ride round for half an hour to find a space. Would be well miffed to see that. Although I suppose it's because the parking attendants are such fascist bully boys. The guy is probably worried that he's going to get a ticket for the front wheel not fitting in the bay if he parked it straight. Fazer is quite long. But still. ..

Only if a wheel is touching the ground outside the bay, the way around that is to use the centrstand (as the b/w is of the ground) and can be outside the bay or touching the curbstone. But I have never come across a bay in London that I couldn't get the bandit or the fazer in on the side or center stand.
