Title: hose question

I need to change 2 off the hoses on my fz1 in the process I will loose coolest so what do I replace it with is there a deicated bike coolant or just a anti freeze mix

Just anti freeze mix devilyam, it says vehicles, not car or bike and is fine.


Now you can take part in the guess what colour my coolant will be challenge when you drain it out.............im gonna guess with........Green.

As stated on the can on Noggy's pic, it needs to be silicate free (silicates can damage water pumps or seals I think I've read before??) and also say suitable for aluminium engines.
Do premixed bike specific coolants have more anti corrosives in them and better cooling properties?
Does mixing non premixed with tap water increase chance of limescale build up?

50/50 mix of distilled water and high quality ethylene glycol antifreeze containing corrosion inhibitors for aluminum engines

Do not use the VW long life coolant
