Having experienced the benefits of fitting shorter dogbones to raise the rear I'd expect fitting longer ones would have noticeable negative impacts such as slower steering and softer suspension. if you're short enough of leg to consider lowering the back end of the bike then I'd recommend first looking at getting the seat reprofiled by someone like Tony Archer if you haven't already.
If you still want to look at lowering the rear this eBay seller has a couple of options available you'd need to check with them the exact sizes -http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-Fazer-FZS1000-Lowering-Kit-Dog-Bones-Suspension-Linkages-25mm-or-45mm-/190711525096 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-Fazer-FZS1000-Lowering-Kit-Dog-Bones-Suspension-Linkages-25mm-or-45mm-/190711525096)

Hi pie, have just fitted a BMW shock to the bike. This has lifted the rear up about 10mm from stock. With the longer bones I plan to get it back to standard ride height. I personally am not a fan of jacked rears.....
Thanks for into.
