If it's cracks you're repairing give this stuff a go. It's simple to use, a child could do it. Just open out the crack, dab some of the filler powder in, add the glue and it cures rock hard in a few seconds, then sand it back. Easy. Have a look on youtube. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Q-BOND-ULTRA-STRONG-ADHESIVE-AND-FILLER-REPAIRS-IN-TEN-SECONDS-/130800880530?pt=UK_Crafts_Cardmaking_Scrapbooking_Glue_Tape_EH&hash=item1e74570b92 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Q-BOND-ULTRA-STRONG-ADHESIVE-AND-FILLER-REPAIRS-IN-TEN-SECONDS-/130800880530?pt=UK_Crafts_Cardmaking_Scrapbooking_Glue_Tape_EH&hash=item1e74570b92)

If it's bigger areas you're fixing and not cracks you should probably use something else. A picture or two of the damage would help people give you recommendations on what to do.

Thanks for that. Its scuffing and scraping rather than cracks but I'll keep that link handy as it will do if the fairings ever crack.
Yeah I know what you meant about pics. The garage guy took the bike in before I could take pics. But I'll take pics when I get the bike back... he's only checking alignment etc.
