Title: Bar riser recommendations please
Post by: tweetytek on 29 August 2014, 08:57:38 pm: I'm only 170cm and short arms, I would like some risers to make things a bit more comfortable..

Seen these:

But look a bit cheap and not fitting true and tight (in the images at least)

Can anyone recommend something they have actually used and find good quality

Post by: tweetytek on 04 September 2014, 08:59:33 pm: I have just received the risers from M&P although it looks like they will bring the bars closer more than raise them , as the bike already has the standard curved angle raisers on already.

How the hell do I get the top of the clamp off around the bar. I've tried to prise off the metal circles in the clamp - I though these were caps but they aint moving ??

you're frekin aving a laff. OMG. No wonder they wont budge. I was using a screwdriver to prise but I was starting to scratch the riser as I applied more force. I thought they were just caps. Suppose I'l have to drill them off - or any other ideas?
