Back in may I bought an fz1n PF06C@L off a guy from manchester way and he got it from someone over liverpool way well this is the longshot did my bike belong to anyone on here ? if so do you have the baffle out of the ixil extreme can kicking about ? if so do you want to sell it lol the bastid thing is doing my head in ,if not Ill sling a universal one in it cheers in advance ,pic of said fz1n below  :)

On E.bay baffles are sold ,getting one to fit,,well could try.


I went the other way,made one, it works fab and i can alter it to be louder or quieter.


I had the same problem as you,for one year it seemed nice,then i just started to notice it in my helmet,,,head banging noisey :)

I had thought about making one so may just go down that route  :)  did you go about making it adjustable ?  :) did you make the lentgh of the inner tube adjustable  :)

Why not just contact the exhaust company they are normally very good perhaps they could sell u a replacement baffle...????
