Try a little contact adhesive.  Or some one posted before about using hairspray.

Use this guide from the old forum, tells you how to get old grips off and what to use to install the new ones, it works as i still have my original grips.

brake cleaner,  Work a screwdriver gently in just a little, then get some brake cleaner with the straw on the nossle and give it a good squirt.  Keep trying to wiggle the grips and more brake cleaner and they will come off unharmed.

Well i got the left hand side off,, its fucked, i thought it was just rubber, so i went prizing the rubber bit from the bars,,only to find it was on a hard plastic sleeve,, i prized that off and they came off,,

They did only work on low heat so were on their way out,,i do have a pair of new ones here to go back on,,from the forum £50 if i remember.
