That's beautiful. :eek
All the same, I think you'd do better to wait until he brings out a DOHC version.
-
He forgot to fill it with oil, bet it went bang :)
Wish I had 1200 hours free !!
-
Wonder if anyone sells kits for these?
-
Brilliant! An enjoyable 10 minutes viewing.
I'm sure the Fazer will be faster if I play music like that when working on it!
-
That is astounding: As said, I wish I had 1000 hours to spare.
Oh wait, I do cos I'm "unemployed" - but I'm too effing lazy.
Push-rods and rockers though and only 2 valves per pot, very 1960s -
basically its just 6 Triumph engines stuck together. :evil
Just kidding, its wondrous! Thanks for sharing.

I am an engineer by trade and i find things like this amazing...
Yes it is old technology but craftmanship and quality is outstanding..
I wish i had over a 100 hours to invest in something like that along with a lathe and mill etc... but the old Fazer just eats up my time.. :lol

How many bottles of wine would Jon need for that?
What a video. Its going on FaceBaws, i know a sound tech who would love this. He's got a heavy fetish for rolls royce and Napier big scale bangers
Cheers Silverdream

Not sure it isn't just 'running' on compressed air as regards lubrication I think they used some kind of silicon lubricant..
-
wonder what the power output is ? :\ ;)
