Title: timing

Hi guys. Currently putting the head back on the fazer, cams lined up perfect, tensioner in, 2 full turns and then both cams are 5-10 degrees out. Done this 3 times now and getting annoyed.

Any ideas??

are you sure you're not installing the camshaft one tooth out? it's easily done.
