1150 is too low, sounds like it's hunting a bit.
Raise it to 1250 or 1300 and see if it improves it.

Soon be time to balance the carbs!
-
Never had my carbs right. Above 2thou it's as sweet as a nut, but around or below, it misses and chugs, like a lazy plug or something. Damned annoying when trickling in traffic. It chocks like a tractor, and pulling away smooths it out. Does the same thing parked and in neutral. I've vacced them. Shop has vacced them. Had them balanced. Waste of money - exactly the same.(Unless they did sod-all and just charged me for the privilege! wouldn't be surprised) Anyway - mine has the needle wavering up and down when at tickover. I've had it wavering now for 2 and a bit years. I am resigned to just saying "oh sod it !" - and putting up with it.
It never gets better, or worse, and has no apparent ill affect on the bike. Just get above it on the rev counter when in traffic.

Is there anyone you know who could lend you a Carb Tune kit?
I had my carbs balanced in a shop, then bought a kit and tried it myself and they were well out.
Or even buying a kit then using it once pays for itself compared to mechanics fees around my way, but then you get to use it again whenever!
When they're bang on it makes a big difference.
