I get reminded every day how much better my fazer is!
-
We are a bunch of smug gits here, aren't we :lol
Listening to/reading of others complaining about their bikes, criticising others they could get, not knowing what to try next, I get that exact same smug feeling, knowing I've found a bike I've no inclination to part with :D
Have to bite my tongue in other company; seems to upset some of them a bit :b

I understand Nick, obviously I have no choice with the bike work have provided, and to be honest- I'm not going to complain, it's adequate for the job!
Is it a bad bike?
No
Is it a good bike?
No.
Horses for courses is the saying but my fazer is so much better, it's just nice to be reminded daily about that fact, lol

Hmmm
Maybe i should add a bandit to my shortlist
-

Bandit..... Had one for a couple of months, couldn't wait to get rid of it.!! Wouldn't refuse one for free though, a bike is a bike when someone else is paying fir it :D
-
The MoT tester/mechanic in my local bike shop had a Bandit. They took a Fazer in as a part ex on something else and he was asked to test ride it before it went in the showroom. The Fazer never went in the showroom, the Bandit did instead.....
-
Hold on a moment... Your employer provides you with a motorcycle?
-
I had a Bandit. It got written off. With the money I bought a Fazer. 11 years later, I've still got the Fazer.....

He's a courier.

He's a courier.
Ah! Thought a bandit would be a bit slow for a factory rider!

Tbf to the machine it would be a lot better if it came with better suspension, I mean there's budget and there's save every bloody penny!
It has a bar shake around the 40mph mark, I spoke to the mechanic about it thinking it might be an unbalanced wheel or something and he just replied with 'nah, that's normal on a bandit!'
I mean, really now?

I'm lucky enough to own 2 bikes at the moment..
A 600 boxeye and a 1250 Bandit! Have to say I love them both!
There both as good as each other in their own way, the main difference is the Bandit is better 2 up.
