I'm looking for your help mate...



This is it!  The BIG ONE!!  I'm going to be cycling from...

Land's End to John O'Groats!


 in August this year and am supporting


 Help For Heroes.


I've promised to try to raise £5000 to help our troops.


I'll be riding totally unsupported with no back-up whatsoever (SWMBO and daughter both think I'm mad!!).
