Do you mean a stock Yamaha R1 can or an aftermarket one?

The early model blue titanium R1 cans can be persuaded to fit.

Pretty much any aftermarket can will fit with the correct link pipe.

Chances are you'll need to get the correct link pipe from Blueflame to make it fit the Fazer.  I'd check availability/price of that before committing to buy.

Plenty of good Fazer aftermarket cans on ebay.  Just be patient and you'll get something that'll fit perfectly at a price you'll like.
