anyone know what colour silver to use on the foxeye? can they be sprayed without taking them apart?
-
Not sure about colour.
I took mine off the bike and sanded them then hung them from the garage roof with some wire through the axle holes. I sprayed mine black and they look much nicer in my opinion.
If I was to do it again I'd take them apart and get them powder coated.

Mine I think are clear coated - I was thinking of going black with mine

I got my lowers and swingarm powdercoated at Triple S in Bingley.

I like the Black forks and swing arm
At this rate my bike will be more black than silver lol

Lovely blue Fazer! Liking the black fork bottoms :) . Its a part of my Fazer which really spoils it. Everything else is pretty clean for the age of the bike but let down by the nasty corrosion on the forks.
I have access to a powder coater but assume its not an easy job removing the forks so a job for later in the year.

Thanks, :D
removing the forks isn't too hard, just got to make sure they're all lined up right when you put them back on. haha.

Here's a better pic of the front end:
