Title: Wire wheels conversion

I'm interested in a bike on eBay as part of a project (not a Fazer), and for it to look the business it will need old wire spoked wheels. My question, it has cast alloy wheels - how easy is it to replace these with wire spoked wheels? It has disc brake front, rear brake is drum, chain driven.


I'm guessing it's not just a case of getting the right size for tyres, but also so it fits at the axle, discs, sprockets etc...

depends on the actual bike but if it was available with spoked wheels, there will be some out there with all the right bits on.
